These Terms of Service govern the use of Ouro Preto Stone LLC’s internal business management system (“the System”), including its integration with QuickBooks Online.

1. Purpose of the System

The System is an internal operations platform developed by and for Ouro Preto Stone LLC to manage slab inventory, sales, purchasing, vendor relationships, and related accounting synchronization with QuickBooks Online. The System is not available for public use and is intended solely for use by authorized employees and representatives of Ouro Preto Stone LLC.

2. Authorized Use

Access to the System is restricted to employees and authorized personnel of Ouro Preto Stone LLC. Each user is assigned a role with specific permissions appropriate to their responsibilities. Users agree to use the System only for legitimate business purposes related to the operations of Ouro Preto Stone LLC.

3. QuickBooks Online Integration

By connecting the System to QuickBooks Online, Ouro Preto Stone LLC authorizes the System to exchange data with QuickBooks Online on its behalf, including vendor, purchase order, and invoice information, for the purpose of maintaining accurate accounting records. This connection is established and controlled solely by Ouro Preto Stone LLC through Intuit’s official authorization process, and can be disconnected at any time by an authorized administrator.

4. Data Accuracy

Ouro Preto Stone LLC is responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the System and synchronized with QuickBooks Online. Users are expected to enter accurate and complete information in the course of their duties.

5. Limitation of Liability

The System is provided for internal business use only, as-is, without warranties of any kind. Ouro Preto Stone LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the System.

6. Changes to These Terms

Ouro Preto Stone LLC may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
